Dan Harrell was born and raised in the ranch country of West Texas, and is currently the minister for Owen Chapel Church of Christ.
Dan is known by most people as "Cowboy Dan" and has
written and performed songs for children to learn about American agriculture and the origin of food.
He earned a degree in Agriculture from Abilene Christian University. Dan also works for the Nashville-Davidson Co. Agricultural Extension Office.
His experiences of overcoming loss and rebuilding his life through faith are part of his inspirational messages.
He often discusses and shares the importance of character, family, and Christian values.
